Whether you are a complete newbie or seasoned veteran, coaching can benefit you! Built around your specific race goals, fitness level and lifestyle we will develop a quality training plan guaranteed to improve your performance. Infinity Multisport offers 3 levels of Coaching plus a Single Sport option. All athletes receive discounts with our sponsors and 10% off Chi Running and Full Day Swim Clinics. CUSTOM COACHING
Our Custom Custom Coaching Option requires a 3-month minimum commitment and includes the following:

An initial face to face (or Zoom) meeting to get to know you and understand your athletic background, health history and goals.

An Annual Training Plan that includes your short and long term goals

Weekly/Daily training programs outlined on These training programs are detailed and will be adjusted based on your personal/professional schedule (traveling, illnesses, etc.)

Access to our in-person or virtual swim, bike and run group workouts

Complementary access to Transition and Open Water Swim Clinics

A swim stroke review and analysis

1x/Week Zoom and/or phone check-in

Hydration & Nutrition plan for all races

Pre-race and Post-race phone or Zoom call to discuss strategy, preparation, results and feedback for future races

Start-up Fee - $100 (this is one-time fee)
SEMI-CUSTOM COACHING
Our Semi-Custom Custom Coaching Option requires a 3-month minimum commitment and includes the following:

Weekly/Daily training programs outlined on The major difference between our Full Custom and Semi Custom Coaching is the Training Plan. The Semi Custom plan is is pre-planned for all athletes of the same level (beginner/Intermediate, etc.) competing in a specific race distance. These plan are not adjusted based on your personal/professional schedule.

SINGLE SPORT COACHING
Our Single Sport Coaching Option is the perfect for anyone looking to PR a half or full marathon, participate in long distance swim races or Time Trial or Cyclo-cross Bike racing. It requires a 3-month minimum commitment and includes the following:
