'Momentum' is our weekly Run Interval Class performed outdoors on a 1/4 -mile track. These sessions will help improve your overall efficiency and run speed. Workouts are a mixture of challenging tempo & speed intervals (total mileage between 2-4 miles not including your warm-up/cool-down) 
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early in order to warm up on your own prior to the workout.
